You might seek inspiration for NVC implementation in your daily life, and having practical exercises you can easily get benefit from.
You might struggle to integrate the NVC perspective on a daily basis - the truth is that NVC is not destination, reached for one and all - it is an ongoing journey, that requires to practice it, to feed it regularly, like a plant longing for water.
The group practice is a master key for NVC implementation.
This workshop intend to give you some inpiration for NVC journey, you can use it with your empathy buddy when you seek for support or empathy, you can use it in your own home group as well, apart from that you can come, just receive and benefit from the evening in itself, by living genuine support, and experiment a space where kindness, vulnerability and care are seen as values and virtues, rather then weaknesses and something-to-get-rid-of.
Come with your open heartedness and situations you want to explore and transform

"Meeting Nonviolent Communication in the 2000s with the community of plum village a monastry founded by Zen teacher Thich Nhat Hanh, I then intensively trained myself in individual coaching thanks to Nonviolent Communication from 2014, in a dedicated curriculum, and with Robert Gonzales, where I received the living example of the implementation of the CNV process to meet the authentic core that resides in each of us.
I create and facilitate group practice session in my area in France for five years and have participate to Buddhist group practice during 15 years.
I also have a background of psychotherapy since 2000s, I work in individual therapeutiv sessions using the tools based on the approach developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg."

"I got to know NVC in 2008 and since then I am on the path of constantly practicing, sharing, creating and co-creating. I work mainly in the “online-world”, offering online-communication-trainings on topics like parenthood, shame/guilt/vulnerability, small inspired steps… I also offer one-on-one compassion sessions, monthly group sessions called LAB. I create a lot of free content as “mini-inspirations” for reminding that you have all the qualities inside you need to create a life and relationships you truly want and that we are all imperfectly perfect.
One of my biggest passions and learning field is facilitating conflicts with Restorative Circles and mediation a la nvc. I like to be supportive in seeing conflicts as part of being alive and as a chance to explore something beautiful and important, not as something we have to reject and be fearful of.
NVC for me is peacework, knowledge and wisdom combined, a language of all senses, consciousness-training. It is a tool for me to stay on my path, be open for the challenges of life and be present in every encounter I experience. I am mother of two boys (6 and 10)."
